Tuna Patties ( Recession Proof)

Options
3 Cans of Tuna in water
2 eggs (medium)
2 hand fulls of Special K Savory Herb Crackers ( 180 calories) for about 50 crackers
Lemon Herb Seasoning


Place crackers in blender under Grind button or (pulse) until finely grinded...
Then mix tuna (well drained) eggs and crackers with spoon
Sprinkle a little! bit of lemon pepper
form into patties(lil round balls work best) with hands and place on saucepan on medium
with light olive oil
Don't turn into bottom part is brown
Once flipped
push down patty so they cook thoroughly

    OMGGG!!! how are they re- heated? good? or are the best fresh?? i'd love to make this tonight, but boyfriend gets home late, so i always make him a plate to reheat.

    I've had salmon cakes before, but never tuna patties. They sound yum!

    sounds really good! I will substitute the Almond Rice Thins that are gluten free and I am sure they will be just as good :)

    Canned tuna is something to avoid. It has very high levels of mercury which gets absorbed but not flushed from your body. It actually collects in your brain. High levels of heavy metals in the brain has been linked with Alzheimer's and Autism. Canned tuna also has high levels of BPA which leaches from the can lining. BPA causes several health problems including reproductive problems.

    Use the IMG tag and /IMG tag inside brackets [ ] at either end of it, IMG to open, /IMG to close.


    They sound tremendous, will have to try them as Tuna is one of my staples.
