Great topic! I am always looking for low calorie options that don't contain artificial sweeteners. Artificial Sweeteners = MIGRAINES!!!
Here are some of my favorites:
1. 1% Cottage Cheese
2. Light Bread - 40 cal per slice
3. Low Fat Fudgesicles - 60 cal each and no sweeteners!
4. Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cereal - very filling!
5. Bananas
6. Nectarines
7. V8 Low Sodium
9. Crystal Farms Light String Cheese - 50 cal per stick
10. Michelina's Lean Goumet meals - under 300 cal for most options. Lots of protein too!
11. Low Fat Graham Crackers
12. Coffee or Tea - no sugar or sweeteners = little to no calories
13. Burger King Whopper Jr. no mayo or ketchup. (If you have to grab something fast and drive-thru)
14. Specia K Chocolatey Pretzel Bars - 90 cal
15. Lemon Juice - great to flavor water and helps with water retention.
Can't wait to read more!0 -
