Weight lifting weight lifting weight lifting....

I shrunk almost ten inches before my wedding in only three months...

be aware tho that you might not lose as much weight... in three months I only lost 4 pounds.

Bump up your protein and hit the weights... don't forget to do cardio a few times a week tho too... you want to keep your heart and lungs healthy!

Run, run a lot. lol.... Seriously though, the only advice I can give is eating your suggested cals and working out. Drink plenty of water as well, it will help your skin be beautiful on your big day. I know you were probably hoping to get advice about some crazy diet, but I'm not sure that's a great idea, besides if you really work hard, you could lose 15 lbs by then!! Good luck, and congrats to you! :)

LOl i was gonna post that
  • Eat healthy, and workout. How much are you wanting to lose, do you want to lose weight, inches, or both? do you want to tone up, slim down, or just be healthier? All these play into what you want that special day to be like. Weight loss the healthy way is a max of 2 pounds a week and I'd not count that last week too much. If you have things such as cake tastings, meal tastings, and all the wedding dinners to deal with make sure you eat small portions and not over work yourself. Getting married is stressful enough without having to deal with "what did I eat today?" "Did i work out enough?" Or a dreaded trip to the ER for some problem. I enjoy going to the QuickieChick.com to do her daily 100's and Get ideas for healthier living.

Good luck on your big day.

Cut out processed foods, including artificial sweetener.
    Protein, veggies, nuts, some fruit
    Lots of water.
Eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks.
    EAT BREAKFAST
    Weight training and cardio.

Just keep it simple and you'll succeed, but diet is the key.

Congrats! I'm getting married in about 9, June 11th. When is your big day? I agree with the others, lots of cardio and strength training, I've lost a lot more in inches than pounds. Best of luck!!
