my have to try.. sounds like southern food called salmon croquet..
  • That sounds soooo good!!!
  • reheated : where? simply the microwave!
  • sounds really good! I will substitute the Almond Rice Thins that are gluten free and I am sure they will be just as good :)
  • Yes of course you can use any type of (low fat) crackers you'd like !

BTW ; Can someone tell me how to post pic on community?

Canned tuna is something to avoid. It has very high levels of mercury which gets absorbed but not flushed from your body. It actually collects in your brain. High levels of heavy metals in the brain has been linked with Alzheimer's and Autism. Canned tuna also has high levels of BPA which leaches from the can lining. BPA causes several health problems including reproductive problems.
  • Try any type of fish you'd like !

I was simply putting a recipe that I LIKE...
I am sure that alot of things in this world can get people paranoid it's 2011 .
  • Sounds Yummy!

Use the IMG tag and /IMG tag inside brackets [ ] at either end of it, IMG to open, /IMG to close.

I use oats in my tuna patties...also any time I want to bulk up a meatloaf (chicken or turkey) or my lentil loaf...meatballs....oats are great for that and you can't even tell that they're in there.

I use oats too, in salmon patties and meatloaf. They would work great with the tuna, too!
