You might notice that the list has shrunk slightly. I have deleted anyone who weighed in week one but hasn't weighed in since, you've got to be in it to win it, and for those that don't want to put in the slog sorry but you are NOT THE BIGGEST LOSER! :happy:

Going to try really hard to drink lots more water must admit thats its a struggle to drink 8 glasses but up for the challenge. Good luck all with more great weight lose.0

Water is my biggest problem, so this is a great challenage, hope I dont drowned in all the extra water hehe.
So another week and another low loss, I am aiming for 2lbs and getting under a 1lb loss, the weekends are killing me!
So its another 0.8 loss for me, next weekend I will do better and I will break the 1lb loss next week!0
