Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can eat that will keep me fuller longer? I had a baby 7 months ago and am trying very hard to lose the baby weight, but I feel hungry constantly!

extra lean protein will stick with y ou longer as well high fiber, low carb foods--not something easily found but anything with too much sugar in it will just make your blood sugar spike and crash which is what makes us hungry and crave food.

Make sure what you do eat has a lot of protien and fiber. Also, make sure to eat every 2-3 hours.

I am hungry ALL THE TIME. It's very important to choose foods with a high fullness factor.

For me, a good size serving of lentils and lightly steamed broccoli does the trick. The broccoli in particular gets me full fast and keeps me feeling full.
