I'm just talking about 2 vodka's with 0 sprit and some lime?

Seems that I have so many calories at the end of the day...

Just a thought, but who's got an answer as to yes or no?

    hahahah! made my day! I'm sure it's not nutritionally sound, but I've done it. Actually, I do the opposite--if I know I'm planning to go out for drinks I make sure to burn some extra calories ahead of time, but the result is the same, right?

    if you do drink calories i'd suggest maybe like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie! :) but i don't see why not. i'm all for some vodka! ;)

    Wine has more of a benefit (antioxidants)t than liquor, as does beer (to a lesser degree). However, if you have the calories for it, I say indulge in a spirit, or two!

    I don't see why not. I still have about 900cal left for the night, and I think I'm going to have my 1st beer in two weeks!

    :) Nothing wrong with enjoying yourself with an alcoholic beverage if you have calories left over!

    I believe the only down side is that your body will burn the alcohol before it burns fat calories. So if you are cool with that then raise your glass! Bottoms up!

    Oh, I love you guys! :laugh: I've heard the not all calories are created equal thing but my favorite is 'you know that it's just empty calories' - they are calories, and I'm not always hungry. I refuse to force feed myself so when my appetite is low, yes I do drink my calories and I enjoy every minute of it. :drinker: :smokin: :glasses:

    I think there are many of us who save our calories for a drink or two, but not all the time lol I do at least once a week or two...I see now harm but I make sure I eat good foods for the day!
