I took a walk outside today and enjoyed the pretty weather we're having.. then I came home and did turbo fire hiit 15 and burned 553 calories overall.

ok... today's burn is really early because it was a mid morning hike. lol my kinda monday brunch LOL! I burned 1672 calories hiking Wilacre Park in Studio City in 1:05 hours! thats exactly 25 minutes shorter than it took me last time!!!0

im back on shift at work now for 3 days so i gotta squeeze in what i can!! today was under 500 cal burn....coming in at 489 with a combo of walking and eliptical!! hope you have all had a great day!!0

Still not quite meeting the 500 calorie a day challenge... But at least I'm keeping up with working out everyday which is big for me. Today I burned 426 calories brisk walking 3 miles.

I burned 482 doing the shred and elliptical. I also played at the park with my son for an hour. I wanted to do more tonight burnt little man wouldn't go to bed. Tom. Is always another day! Keep up the great work everyone!0

Friday - 492 calories burned in 63 total minutes from Insanity Core Cardio and Balance + Random Prison Routines
Saturday - N.A.G.T. [Not A Goddamn Thing]
Sunday - 1175 calories burned in 118 total minutes from Insanity Core Cardio and Balance (2x) + Stationary bike
Monday - 1645 calories burned in 80 total minutes from Elliptical HIIT Routine (2x) + Insanity Core Cardio and Balance

Ok so had to do floor walking today at work so today turned out to be a good burn day with almost 5 hours of slow paced walking and burnt about 846 cals!!

OK, so didn't make the 500 today - did 336 total (cardio @ gym & 20 min walk in country later) in the day and planned to do some more this evening but didn't fit it in.

Tue - 336 >> Current total 1168/3500
On the plus side, I start a new job tomorrow that involves moving around more than I've been used to, so I'm going to try and get that total up as high as I can the last 2 days!0 -

Ok so this will be my last day of the 7 day challenge! I know I'm a couple of days short but tomorrow I'm off to lanzarote!! Today after being used and abused at work again I did another 4 hours of walking so another 865 cals burned! That'll have to do me for the week! I burned 411 riding my bike today however I feel it may be more since I have my 30 lb son in his bike seat . I also went for a twenty minute walk and played at the park. I really need to invest in a htm so I know my total cal. Burn.

One more day for this challenge after today and today I burned 552 cals!

Doing this challenge I've learned how important it is for me to feel I have to "check in" with someone. That even though I haven't made any friends on this challenge, I somehow felt like I had to keep doing it for me and others to keep motivated. And that alone helped. I'm not sure I would have pushed myself yesterday, for example, after my day off, when I felt very lazy and un-inspired. But then I saw this thread under "my topics" and said - I have to have something to post! So get off your *kitten* and do a dvd workout! And so, I did. And afterwards, I was so freakin pleased with myself.0
