Leaner legs

My calves are hugh and I want to try to slim them out. Just wondering what kind of exercise I can do to get leaner legs?

    Spin class worked for me. I can get into my skinny jeans thanks to doing that twice a week.

    Mine too I’ll be interested to see what people suggest. Also is there any exercise in particular we should try to avoid?

    walking has worked for me in the past.. but I would like to know some toning exercises

    Same thing here! So hard to even think about running when they rub together and get horrible rashes!

    I have noticed my legs have trimmed down considerably since I started running avidly over 3 years ago.

    I am the queen of big calves. I can't buy most boots and forget about skinny jeans, LOL.

    I agree, spinning helped me a few years ago and it's fun. Try swimming for all over resistance. Hey, I like to jump rope, too! Great workout!
