It's time for some renovation in your life! Out with the old and negative habits and associations and in with the new and positive habits and support. Before renovating you need to take time for proper planning and organization. Evaluate what needs to be restored and understand what the replacement will bring to the table. Remember renovating is not a means of covering up but for restoration in order to move forward and not to be set back in a few days or months.

    Thank you...I have been doing well but out of stress yesterday I ate everything in site...now I know one day get over it...but reading this I thought "out with the old habits" I can not eat out of stress or any other type of emotion thats what helped me gain over 100lbs in the 1st place.....Now I am really thinking about your post today....I need to evaluate what needs to be restored. Thank you so much for this today :heart:

    I really need to get motivated I'm going on my first cruise in 26 days and I would like to lose 10 pounds. my biggest downfall is Hills Bros. cappuccino I have to give it up and start drinking more water. I have to start exercising more.

    Thank you for being so honest, and letting me know I am not alone, I just attended a funeral over the weekend, family member passed away (weight related) and I was doing good watching food intake, then last nite, I just ate whatever, did not chew slowly, just inhaled everything on the counter...Scale does not lie, but I'm blessed with a new day so I took my vitamins and half banana and waffle and getting ready to exercise, thanks for Motivation!!! May God bless you on your journey. WE CAN DO IT!!

    Sorry to hear of your loss :sad: Yes you are blessed with a new day and WE CAN DO IT !!! I just went and did a mile walk with Leslie Sansone and now I have to get ready for work :frown:
