    For AM snack I had a Peanut Butter Granola Thin and a serving of almonds

    For PM snack I will have a cucumber, some baby carrots, and some hummus

    Luna protein bar...nutz over chocolate. I love chocolate and I now eat this to replace all the other chocolate that I used to eat.

    swiss cheese (1 oz sliced from Lucerne block of swiss) with 2 Wala Bread Crisps - it's actually pretty darn tasty!

    also have an apple for my later snack :-)

    Cut up cantaloupe and apple together! Yumm!!! Maybe some trader joes rice crisps later :)

    Some nuts (heavy on the almonds) and a pear.

    So full from lunch though -- the idea of eating again in an hour is not at all appealing.
  • This morning I had 10 crunchmaster multigrain crackers with 2 light laughing cow wedges and this afternoon I'm going to have a banana and the 100 calorie oreo thin crisps... usually I have celery and something protein-y but I'm craving sweets today!

    I'm trying to break my plateau...so guess what I'm having for snack NOTHING!!! Water and Tea...

    My favorite snack EVER is a banana, with light hershey syrup (only 25 cal for T) topped with sugar free whipped cream....mmmmmmmm its like a banana split

    I have a rice cake with a teaspoon of reduced fat peanut butter spread on it and a half of a sliced banana on top of that... delish!! :tongue:

    A cup of non-fat milk with 2 tbsp of chocolate malt ovaltine. This always helps if I'm having a particularly ravenous appetite!

  • For a great snack or addition to lunch, I recommend, "Green Giant, Valley Fresh Steamers: Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower and Cheese Sauce." It's in the frozen food section. The whole bag has 3 servings of 45 cals., 1g unsaturated fat, each. I eat the whole bag for 135cals. It fills a bowl and has a light satisfying cheese sauce. This is replacing a bag of chips for me!

    Macadamia nuts (mid-morning) and Jay Robb's protein powder shake with coconut milk (mid-afternoon)
  • 1/2 cup pinapple sprinkled with spoonful of cayenne pepper
    ( a fat burning negative calorie snack paired with metabolism booster spice, perfection)

    for breakfast I usually add 0% Oikos Greek yogurt plain with that .

    Lite Strawberry Yogurt with sliced bananas.. Keeps me full until lunch time! Today I added a bit of granola for the crunch:happy:
