getting back sexy legs

What are good workouts to thin out the legs? I used to have killer nice legs, then I gained weight so of course now there thick. I cant wear shorts or skirts because im ashamed of how they look. I cant even get boots to zip up past my calves and I can only wear certain jeans because of it.

I used to wear skirts all the time. I cant even show off my tattoo on my ankle because I cant wear capris without them being too so they look ridiculous!!! ... I want my legs back :grumble:

    Lunges, squats, kettlebells, and running. good luck mama!!!

    I purchased my kettlebell and DVD at walmart. Killer lower body work out as well and an overall body workout

    Brazil Butt Lift is also a good program for toning the whole lower body

    bump, lower body is my struggle too. I can tell you though, once I lost a good bit they have def gotten smaller. I wore boots this winter for the first time in 3 or 4 years. :)

    i'm doing insanity and while i still have fat around the middle - my legs are awesome! they've never looked this good and i'm only a month in! still got a ways to go to work my whole body but it's done wonders for my legs in a short amount of time!
