Exercise question

For those of you doing Shred or ripped in 30 days is it all that you do or do you add to it? I would like to start it but still want to got the gym for my classes (spinning, Zumba, kettlebell...)

    I use our elliptical as well as do 30DS. Also, when I can I go to Zumba class. I did the hred this a.m. and plan to go on the elliptical tonight for about half an hour. Hoping it will loosen up the leg muscles a bit.
  • I am doing ripped in 30. Personally, I don't feel like it is enough for me. I use it as a supplement to other workouts or if I am really pressed for time. I weight train and do extra cardio. I also like to mix it up with the Jackie Warner DVD's and Turbo Fire. Hope this helps. Good luck on your journey! :happy:

    I do the 30 DS and either Zumba or the treadmill afterwards.
