THis is my second week doing this and I am not hungry. What if I cant eat all my calories? Will I still lose weight? ITs been really hard for me to get them all in! Please Help :)

  • I wouldn't worry too much about a couple hundred here and there...but don't go too far under that or your body will start holding onto fat because it thinks you're starving! :-)

    Personally I haven't figured that out yet either :o) BUT, as far as getting enough calories in- it's been a little easier to get my calories in when I plan my exercise in the morning before planning meals- I'll log the exercise early in the morning so that I know how many I can spread throughout the day. Makes it a LITTLE easier. Still tough to eat so much (and be healthy!), I agree....
