I am wondering am I suppose to drink casin shake everyday or just on the days I am a working out and how many times a day to drink casein shake

I believe the typical practice (well, mine at least) is to drink it before bed on those days you do weight training. Reason being is that casein is a slow-absorption protein that will fuel your muscles while they're recovering while you sleep/rest.0

It depends on your goals, I guess. I usually drink a casein shake at night before bed because it's a slowly digested protein, so it gives my muscles a steady supply of protein while I sleep. I usually have a whey protein shake after my strength training because it's a very fast digesting protein. You could drink the casein in the morning to keep you feeling full all morning, or an hour before your workout to give your body a steady source of protein in the hours afterward. I wouldn't drink more than two shakes a day. It's best to try to get your protein from whole foods if you can, but shakes can be a very quick and convenient way of supplementing your protein intake.0
