I'm stoked! When I started back up strength training 5 weeks ago I could only do 6 push-ups in a row (modified version). Today I can do 15! I love it!

My goal is to be how I was pre-baby and be able to do 15 non-modified push-ups!

Time will tell ~:)

***Edited to change wording!***

there are no 'male' pushups..pushups are pushups.
what used to be called 'female' pushups are now rightly called modified pushups.

Fantastic for you! When I first started i could barely do one on a step and now I can do them to keep up with the boys!!

You WILL be able to do this better - congratulations on a massive achievement!! xx
  • You do realize that in little more than a month you've DOUBLED what you're doing, right? NICE! And yeah, screw the "male" push-ups. I prefer "military" for those, and "modified" for the knees. It just sounds cooler. :)
  • Congratulations on the push-ups! They can be very hard for females because we are not as strong in the upper body as males. 15 is very good. Keep it up!

    thats great!

i really want to work on my push ups... i, too want to do man push ups, and do them with awesome form. situps, i have worked on, and i can now easily do 100 crunches, and i can do full situps with the medicine ball without having a heart attack, but situps, oh they are hard work, but i will get there, i will keep on working on my strength and form until i can do proper kick ar$e pushups.
