Can Anyone tel me what there eating thru out the day?

    When your friends post their completion of their food and exercise diary and it says View Diary, you can click on that and see what they eat (if they've chosen to share). You can friend me so that you can see mine.
    Today I had:
    Oatmeal with strawberries, mango banana and grapes (all fresh)
    Coffe with cream
    A salad with lots of veggies in it.
    An apple
    A WW Smart One dinner and a left over chunk of steak
    Popcorn.

    My dinner was an unusual one for me tonight. I very rarely have one of those frozen meals. But my son's attempt at trying to make dinner for us tonight failed big time :( so it become a find something now cuz I'm starving kind of dinner, lol. Usually I have a small portion of meat, a veggie and rice or potato or yams.
