Jillian Michaels Plan

Does anyone follow Jillian Michaels (NBC biggest loser coach) fitness plan? I'd love to follow it to a T but I love my power yoga class that i take 2 days a week and wonder what workouts I should do for the other 3 days. I can't go to the gym b/c the lack of a babysitter and I don't own any machines. All I have is resistance bands and Power90 DVD's. If anyone is following her plan and has any advice for me please let me know.

    I'm not familiar with her plan and therefore don't what type of exercise she suggests. But she does have a 30 minute workout video available. It's $10-$15 and she never stops in it. It's a great workout expecially if you are short on time.

    I heard she is coming out with a new video workout for the Wii. Sounds like a great way to get a good bu**kickin'. I wonder if she will swear at you like she does on Biggest Loser???:laugh:

    Hi, I'm new to this site. I'm a runner, and I've been using Jillian's book, Making The Cut. It's very intense, but you could probably follow it enough at home with your bands and a body ball and some dumbbells, and still get some great results. I never followed the diet plan in the book, just tried to eat well and do my running too.
