I just looked it up. 26 calories in each milk chocolate. I think 30-couple calories are the caramel ones I ate a while back, LOL.

That's depressing. For some reason, I look up all the food I eat unless it is chocolate...and now I know why! LOL

    9 cans of Pepsi One:wink:

Or you can just forget 9 calories. Or eat your bread stick. It doesn't really matter if that is all you go over.

I'd go quarter that hershey kiss right now if I were you! Talking about not being enticing...whatever. Or, I agree with Anna. Just do 5 min. of jumping jacks & you've cancelled out the 22 cals. from the breadstick.

I never worry if I'm within 100 cals over my goal.
Calories, eaten and exercised, are all appromixations.

But I've really enjoyed batting around something worth eating 9 calories of!

:noway: 9 cals? :noway: Are you doing this just to get your calories? Or are you hungry? If you're doing it to get your carlories...........you can either forget it because it's only 9 calories or.........Or go drink that alcohol timragan was talking about....I DO recommend it  :drinker: :smokin: But 9 calories?:noway: Eat a piece of broccoli :ohwell: Remember there is a deficit already included in your food/meal journal. 9 calories really aren't gonna do anything, and if you go over by a a little you still have a deficit. I wouldn't worry about 9 calories personally. Just keep it close.

But if you are hungry workout to earn more carlories:flowerforyou:
