what to log Shred as?

I started the 30 Day Shred yesterday and I'm wondering what to log it as in exercise?

    i log it in as 20 mins circuit training. I don't log the warm up but you could.

    I log it as 8 minutes high intensity aerobics and 12 minutes circuit training
