    Dip each in honey mustard.... then into panko bread crumbs and a bit of parm cheese moistened with a Tablespoon of EVOO. S & P to taste... Bake until Panko is crispy and chicken is cooked through.

    VOILA! Oven fried chicken tenders! And they are STELLAR! Don't worry, the honey mustard is NOT overpowering :):drinker:
