I'm a firm believer in sharing experience. I also like to find substantiated research and litterature to refer to for a deeper understanding. As I'm new to this site and still learning about body mechanics, physiology, fitness and nutrition and how it all works together, I would love to hear from everyone what your favorite resources are.

    Magazine: Shape, Fitness, Weight Watchers magazine even though I don't follow their plan anymore it's still got some good advice
    Book: Eat Smart, Walk Strong by Leslie Sansone (it's an older book . .I found it at Big Lots but Amazon has it too)
