need advise

i have 20 more pounds to lose. i have my weight loss set at 2lbs per week and its been working well so far.
i was wondering if at this point i should change my goal to 1and a half pounds per week or leave it at the 2 pounds

    If it's working, why change it? I would leave it as it is. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

    I would listen to your body. Are you really hungry? If not and it is still working for you, I would say leave it where it is. But if you find yourself being hungry and very limited, I would say to move it to 1 1/2 lbs a week. Most importantly do what your body says to do. Hope this helps:)

    I have always had mine set at 1lb per week. Lots of weeks I have lost more than that, some weeks I lost only that or a little less. I couldnt deprive myself that much!! Gotta do what you think is right!
