If you fail to check in 2 weeks in a row then I will assume you no longer want to be part of the group and I will stop tracking your progress. (I will try contacting you with encouragement first) Also, I think it will be easier to only track everyone’s pounds lost and pounds to go and I will leave out the actual weights. So when you check in you just need to give me the amount you have lost (or gained) for that week.

Okay, I'll start today April 6th. 10lbs to Memorial Day! When is Memorial Day? I live in Canada and our holiday is Queen Victoria Day May 23. My initial goal from Jan to May 20 is 23lbs. I've lost 15 so far and I'd gladly loose 10 more. I love the challenge!
