    I am DEFINITELY in...I really want to get healthy and stay that way as a lifestyle,not just a diet.

    Count me as friend....so we can help me each other.

    Going out for a nice long but vigorous walk to be followed by cardio to wind down the exercise session

    Plan here is a net 1200 calorie diet. 3x-Resitance, 5x Cardio, 1x Day of Rest

    Resistance training consists of a total body workout working every major muscle group one to two times with reps between 6-8 and about 5 sets per exercise

    Cardio includes running, stair stepper, swimming...pretty much anything that gets the heart at 165 or above for a total of at least 60 minutes.

    These workouts make for some long gym days, so I try to split them up in the AM and afternoon or evening
