Hi all, ive been a member here for about 3 weeks now and am seeing the benefits of counting everything i eat. There is just one question if somebody is able to help. When asked about water consumption how much is a cup? As i have my drinks bottles that are 600ml that i use at the gym and i have pint glasses that i drink water from when im at home.
Thanks
