I need healthy Snack ideas! HELP!!

    hummus with whole wheat pita bread, low fat cheeses, hard boiled eggs (egg whites), black beans or any legumes are excellent proteins. I hope you find something that works for you!

    Thanks everyone! A few updates: Bananas and Avacado produce the same reaction . Which made me sad because I dearly love both. I have some apples, but I am scared to try them, so I eat light canned fruit when possible. I also eat A LOT of popcorn, which I pop on the stove, and crackers are always good. I also have chickens and so fresh eggs so I eat a lot of those. I feel like I eat a ton of carbs and lots of protein and little else...
    Also, I steam frozen broccoli, and eat canned tomatoes...fanatically as I love those things, but driving to and from work takes four hours per day, and then work. On weekends I love hard boiled eggs, but I loathe to take them in the car for such a long time because they stink! lol.
    I would love to try roasting Garbanzos/chickpeas...how do I do that?

    And roasted asparugus sounds delicious! Deffinitely going to try that.
