    My Dr. had be add Vitamin B complex to my daily routine (metabolism boost) along with Vitamin E and it helped me shed the 20lbs in about a time frame of a 7 months....I also increased my intake of fiber and lowered the calories and fat. That way I didn't feel hungry all of the time. Drinking alot of water helped me feel full.
