How do I log the 30 day shred series for exercise? I can't find it in the exercise log. Thanks

Circuit training. But honestly a heart rate monitor will give you the most accuracy.0

20 to 27 minutes of general circuit training.. depending o nif you count your cool down or not! i count mine.... i'm still sweating and panting.. so im counting it!0

I am 5'9'' and when I started the 30 day shred i was 199 lbs.
I usually burn anywhere from 225 to 260 calories during one level of the dvd.
so an average of about 250 calories per workout.

I agree with the above, a HRM would give you the most accurate reading. For a phase 1 session I burn about 260 and for the phase 2 session I burn about 280.0
