    Tried this, the shop up the road didn't have ricotta, so just used low fat cottage cheese and it was yummy - made double and had it the next day too. Family also enjoyed :)

    Thanks I will definitely try this...My family haven't eaten lasagna in about a year because I didn't wan't the extra carbs....Any way to get rid of the extra sodium from the sauce? Maybe homemade spaghetti sauce?
