I need to eat a few more calories today, but I am all ready way over my sugar because of all the fruit I had today! Almost everything has at least a few grams of sugar in it. What to do? And no, I do not want to just eat some raw broccoli. I have like 300 calories to eat!

doesn't milk have a good bit of sugar though? I really want yogurt, but there is a little sugar in that too!

milk is loaded with sugar... do you have some fiber 1 crunchy original? no sugar and is great mixed with sugar free yogurt!

I usually have fat free cottage cheese at night, yes it does have a bit of sugar but the protein is really good for you.
You could also have a boiled egg and a few egg whites!
Tuna with fat free mayo wrapped up in romaine leaves!

I have no clue what you like to eat so I am not sure if I am any help!
