Losing body fat

I'm a newer member who lost about 28 lbs between July and November through diet alone.
10 weeks ago I began a fitness challenge at work and weighed in at 148.4 lbs with 35.2% body fat. I am 43 yrs old, and 5'10 1/2".
I started out doing Kathy Smith pilates and walking DVDs and recently started doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30.
I weighed in yesterday at exactly the same weight! 148.4! This was great as I didn't want to lose anything - I'm pretty slim for my height. BUT - my body fat is down to 26.7%!
I am thrilled and am motivated to keep working hard! It's been a long time since I set myself a fitness goal and I just wanted to share my success here.

At 5' 10" and 148 lbs I don't know how you were 35% body fat-that is crazy. I am 5'10 and any time I have been that weight I almost look like a skeleton. That is great that you have lost that much body fat-that means you are gaining some great lean mass-keep up the good job.0
