    I like Kraft Salad Dressing - Light Asian Toasted Sesame (Reduced Fat Dressing), (50 cals for 2 tbsp)

    I also like Newman's Own light dressings (usually about 35-50 cals per serving)

    Another idea is to make your own dressing! ;)

    definitely making your own is the healthiest...but for a premade one I love renees roasted red pepper...15 cal, 1g fat and 80 mg sodium for Tbsp....tastes good too lol

    I bought Salad spritzer, ranch. It's 15 calories per 10 squirts. Not bad. I also luv Krogers Lite Ranch. It doesn't taste like "lite."
