If you want toCut Body Fat, Don't eat these types of foods.
“High Fructose Corn Syrup
“Bleached or enriched flour” BAD
“Simple Sugars & Artificial Sweeteners
“Partially hydrogenated BAD
“Watch the salt”
( READ YOUR LABLES AND INGREDIENTS)!!!!!!!!!!!
FOODS AND BEVERAGES YOU SHOULD NOT EAT WHEN YOUR TRYING TO BURN BODY FAT!!!!!
* Sugary Drinks: Kool-Aid, lemonade, juices, Fruit juices ect
* Soft Drinks Regular or Diet
* Pizza, take out or frozen
* Cakes, Sweets(candy), Doughnuts, Pastries, Cookies, pies, Ice Cream, Low Fat Frozen Yogurts
* Junk Food example: Potato chips, Microwave or made with oils & butter Popcorn, Doritos ect.
* White Rice
* White Bread, Crackers, Rolls, Muffins, Bagels
* Cold Sugar Cereals, fruit loops, honeycombs, applejacks ect.
* Beer or Alcohol
* Fast Food!!! NO NO NO McDonalds Burger King Ect
* No Fried Foods Of Any Kind!
* No Frozen Processed Foods example: lean pockets, pizza, frozen dinners, lean cuisine ect.
These additives and processed foods will make you feel hungry and allow you to overeat, not let your body loose weight, function properly and cause chronic inflammation and long term health problems!!!!!!!!!!!

you're absolutely right! i'm WAY hungrier after eating a slice of pizza than i was before! i'm also avoiding sauces of any kind, they have the same effect on me!0

I agree, but I can't do it! I actually don't eat MOST of that stuff as a general rule. But I do have a bowl of sugary cereal for dessert most nights and I looooooooove white rice. Oh and diet soda is here to stay! I guess I'll keep a tiny bit of fat around with me if it means I can enjoy a couple things once inawhile0

HFCS is no worse for you than simple sugars. I eat splenda. I eat white rice (it makes me feel less bloated during my carb loads). And I'm still losing body fat. There's no simple do this not that on these kinds of foods. All in moderation.0

i WOULD go to Truvia and get off the Splenda. It causes alot of problems the biggest is unbarable Sugar cravings0 -

Simple sugars and salt aren't always bad.
Salt hasn't had an effect on my dieting at all. If you're staying hydrated properly, you aren't going to hold onto much water weight.
And I consume dextrose before and after intense workouts because it helps with athletic performance.0 -

Your sweet tooth may be coming from something that is causing the craving. What I do is eat a small piece of Quality dark chocolate 60% or higher0 -
The only thing that I have an issue with on this list is the Diet Soda and Splenda. I can not seem to stop drinking the Diet. I am trying to cut back and have a little. NOrmally I have 3-4 20oz bottles today, so far I have had only one with my lunch. Question on the Splenda....Is Truvia really a lot better for you?0

I think my syntha 6 protein had corn syrup solids in it.0 -
And I think my Optimum Nutrition protein has artificial sweetner in it too. Probably spenda. I'm doomed.0

Yeah most likely.
My bodytech whey is sweetened with splenda.
I can either have that at 90 cals or get one without splenda that either tastes bad or has sugar.

Everything in moderation! if you completely cut out foods you like, you are going to feel deprived and give up. It all has to do with calories in & calories out and exercise so when your losing weight your not losing muscle. I absolutely do not like the word diet because what we are striving for is a learned healthier life style. And who wants to give up their favorite foods for good? Not me....,0

Too much can do some damage. Recent study done on women who drank at least 3 diet sodas a day saw a 30% decline in kidney function.

My diet is about 80% healthy (except the last week. I have to go grocery shopping). I will not give up my pizza, ice cream, etc. I would prefer to stay away from artificial sugars but I also find them in my protein powder and bars. So I consume them.
I refuse to eat fake foods. If I want some ice cream I will eat the real thing. If I want pizza I am going meat all the way - my fave. I would rather have a small slice of cake then eat sugar free cookies anyday.
I don't drink soda, diet soda, I do try and stay away from sugar but only because sugar overload kicks in my Fibromyalgia pain.
I eat anywhere from 1100-2000 calories and I am losing. Well I was until I started lifting - now it's holding steady but I'm not too worried about the scale number these days. Cuz when I look in the mirror I look damn good! And I'm loving the muscle definition I'm getting from lifting.0
