    I was only at .2 lbs lost this week, but I plan on making up for that on next Fridays weigh in. Shooting for 3 to 4 lbs by next Friday!!

    That's right Yuli... don't give up!! The muscle must be building up a little keeping you at a current weight. But you will lose inches then more weight right??

    I got weighed at the doctor's yesterday, so this is yesterday's weight. I will weigh again, although I don't know if I have lost between now and then, haha.

    I didn't get to sleep until 1:00 am, and my alarm went off at 5:00 am for work - I knew that weighing myself on four hours of sleep would be RIDICULOUS, so I'll be posting my update bright and early before work tomorrow morning - here's crossing my fingers for a fantastic sleep! :)
