    Yay I get to show off the million dollar leg lol, dont laugh this was when my legs were about 15lbs chubbier then they are now :blushing:

    it's best I could do with a cellphone, but I love legs the're uber strong!"my leg workouts are in 300 to 400lbs+ range" comes from powerlifting afew years ago I guess.

    There is no secret hun. I am genetically small in the tummy area and I eat a very controlled diet so that I can be lean enough for my abs to show. I do lots of Zumba and I try to do crunches 2-3 times a week as well but that's not the main reason they look like they do. It's all about the diet and reducing body fat. You can have the tightest tummy muscles ever but if you've got fat covering it... you won't see all the great muscle! They say abs are made in the kitchen... and that is true!!!
