30 Day Shred Beginner

So, I started the 30 day shred today. I haven't gotten a heart rate monitor yet -- so, for those of you who have done this... What kind of calories were you burning each session? I know it'll be different for everyone, but I'd just like a rough estimate!

    I looked it up online and figure about 230 for a session.

    I Burn more calories with zumba like around 500+

    Honestly, everyone burns at a different rate. If you log it as circuit training, entering your weight, you should be pretty close. with my HR monitor, I burn about 178.

    220 average for me. While it's true other things (zumba, running) will burn more calories, 30 Day Shred has a great bit of weight/strength training thrown in, which isn't about weight loss, but body shaping.

    Focus on doing your best and keeping great form with each and every move. You will see inches lost when done!! This is not the best choice if you want to drop weight quickly, though. I really enjoyed it.
