My weight for this week is 295. 1 lb lost so far.0

I lost one pound this week, coming in at 172. I'm going to need alot of support from you guys because this is a set point for me and it's going to take a massive effort to come down off this number. However, I am logging in every calorie, drinking my water and doing my jacks, as well as walking up to 15 miles a week. I'm going to hit my goal of 155 this time if it kills us all!!0

April 8th weight is 229. Only one pound loss this week, but I've been trying to get out of the 230s for 6 months! Would lose 7 pounds, gain it back, lose it again, gain it back again, this time it is lost for good and not going back!0

Waz up peeps? Took a bike ride this morning and this time I has on my hrm. I rode the same route I took the other day and MFP said I only burned 184 calories thought it was low and was I was going up hills and against the wind and my hrm said I burned 546. I guess MFP don't account for wind and hills? How is everyone doing today? I see a few of us are well on the way to lose the 10 lbs great job to those who are those who may be falling behind LET'S GO I want my 10 you signed up for don't give up you can do this.0

tough week it was... but i started today on a good note.. I went to church... alone.. that is big for me to go alone. I have not been going but i want to and need to. not only do i want to loose weight this year but also get baptized. my Papa died a year ago and it was one of the last things he said to me, that he wanted me to get baptized. so with God on my side and Pops watching me from above I will meet my goal weight and get baptized.

I only lost 3 lbs this week but that's ok , now working on the remaining 7lbs for this month. i will do it , promise.
