I joined MFP a few days ago. My good friend told me about it and I along with another friend are all now here and helping each other. Hoping to use this sight to keep me motivated when it gets tough! Lost 3 pounds last week, but have been on a stay at home vacation and able to get to the gym daily. I go back to work on Tuesday and plan to work at staying on track!
