I started 5 days ago, so I dont know if I can fill up 15.
Currently I can say is:
-Whole Wheat bread and Peanut Butter Sandwhich... (Its heavy and although high Calorie in combination, it makes me crave food a lot less)
-Yogurts
-Almonds
-Cinnamon Tea0 -

I *think* that meant that regular bottled, sweetened tea is not good for you. Plain tea is great for health and 0 calories!0 -
