Logging 30 Day Shred in MFP.

I have just received my new DVD in the post today and plan to do it when I get home from work but I am not sure if I should be logging this under general aerobics or circuit training.

    according to the 30DS website it burns about 250 cals if you are working out to your full potential.

    I thought it was supposed to be logged as calesthenics... :huh: which one is it?

    You log it as circuit training :)

    I just posted basically the same topic, everyone on my post said circuit training. Glad to see so many people doing the Shred, this should give me the motivation i need!!!
