Hi, I'm Jo. Just logged my first strengh workout but it doesn't update Exercise in the daily Exercise counter. Does Strength training not count towards your calorie intake? Am I doing something wrong?

I sometimes log in my strength training as circuit training. When you do weights and cardio that is what it is. I also list the routines I do with the strength exercises and how many pounds I use. I don't get too technical with it. Someone else might give you more info.:flowerforyou:0

You can log strength training in your cardio area, but to get a true calorie count, get a HRM.0

So if I just log it as Strength Training it wont give me any extra calories for the day?0
