Looking to hear success tips :)

Hey guys!
I am at a good weight right now, but am looking to lose 5-10 pounds for summer. Does anyone have any tips on losing those last annoying pounds?? and maintaining that weight loss? Every time I have been successful at losing a couple, they come right back on. ARGH!

Only 2 tips for ya from me
Drink LOTS of water every day, and burn more calories than you eat. Don´t eat less than 1400 calories per day though, any less and your burning goes down.

Hey. I recently started watching my weight (about 3 weeks ago) and so far I have lost 7 lbs. I didn't have a heavy number to begin with but just like you, would like to get rid of those last few pounds.
I don't have tips but simply old rule: input/output. And I believe that's the only way to make it work. If I can do it, so can you.0
