After the great summer I was at the healthiest I had ever been and I removed my account. Over the School year I dropped the ball with counting calories, and my drinking habits only got worse. After new years I started weight training and got myself back on track. It was awesome; I could eat almost anything and not have to deal with the consequences, because I was working out 5 times a week. All of a sudden I quit going. I kept eating what I wanted and have paid for it. So here I am again, and this time I’m going to keep with it, because I Love the extra energy I had when i was healthy, and very much dislike what I have been seeing in the mirror. Any support or words of encouragement would be great, and ill definitely be returning it.
