Poor week for me, just dont understand why I keep spoiling my hard work with really bad weekends, grrrrrrr !

much more than I expected but I do generally drop quick at the start. Also was sick last week for a few days so that would have an impact. I won't keep up this rate, it's an exception, I'm aiming for 2 lbs loss a week so if I can make that happen I'll be happy.
