MEN: Lose 10 in APRIL 2011 Challenge

This is a ongoing chalange to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks.I foyu want to join just clock in using the below format. Weight in is once a week on sat, sun , monday. i will post weights on tue night if you weight in late it will be on the next week. also if you join please keep with it of bow out in a massage so i can take you off the list.

SW - xxx lbs
Week 1 - xxx lbs
Week 2 - xxx lbs
Week 3 - xxx lbs
Week 4 - xxx lbs
Total lost - xx lbs

    I'll join.... Losing 10 may be a little tough...I been plateau a bit... Down 95 this may be my push to break 100. Although I have been lifting and gaining muscle and deffinition. I am still loosing inches and love it.

    Since April 1st is a Friday, what is our start date? Or should we use this week's weight (Monday from last challenge) as a start?

    SAT 2ND SUN 3RD MON 4TH REALY WHATEVER DAY YOU WANT JUST POST SAT SUN MON AND DO IT THE SAME TIME EVERY WEEK

    I will try to participate, too. I will post my starting weight on 2 April, and I will log every Saturday morning's weight and also on the last day of April (or the very next morning). Hopefully I will remember to do so, but this is my plan.

    Edit: I am away from access to a scale until Saturday morning, hence my first weigh-in will not be on 1 April. I'll give up the 1 day, no worries. Cheers.
