Had a bad weekend and not going well this week, so this has come along at just the right time to get back on track!0 -
SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT LETING IN THE SAME NUMBER OF WOMEN IN AND DO A MEN VS WOMEN ALONG WITH EACHOTHER
This would be good! Might get us guys to up our game. We could compare the total lost as % body weight lost. So you total the mens starting weight, then take the total lost each week and divide by the starting weight to get that #. If there is an uneven number of replies for the week, throw out the lowest one maybe?0 -
