Anyone know of anything good? I'm trying to find way to boost my proetin without adding sodium! Thanks!

    Eggs, Salmon, Raw Almonds. Besides the obvious lean meats and whey protein powders

    Fish, chicken, milk, eggs, natural/roasted nuts, soy anything, protein shakes, black beans, whole grains, lentils

    Edemame...also known as Soy beans. Frozen isle and just steam and each kinda like popcorn, but better.

    You can buy fresh tuna, not in a can.

    Also: Read the labels on frozen stuff - meat and vegetables that have been frozen often have been brine-soaked (brine is salt water).

    you can also get low sodium canned tuna now too..in fact i prefer the taste of it.. not as fishy to me as the regular canned tuna

    This. In fact if you have a Trader Joe's near you, you can buy no salt added tuna in a can and it comes out to 70 mg of sodium for the entire can.
  • Skinless Turkey Breast fillets. Low in sodium and plenty of Protein.
