    well, being sick, I had a can of chicken soup and a sugar free flavored coffee and a diet cherry 7 up....


    made the guys breakfast, 2 boiled eggs nad sour dough toast.

    Wish I could have had that, just can't eat when sick.

    I am with clewliss, how many calories is that? It seems like it is about half of what I eat. Not yelling at you, just wondering if you are eating enough.

    You might want to consider logging. Not eating enough can hurt weight loss as much as eating too much.
