Hi everyone,
Just a question for you. How accurate are HRMs? I have the Polar FT4 and I really like it, but I'm just wondering how accurate the calories burned are....
Appreciate your thoughts.

It should be within 5-10% of actual burn as over 70% of caloric burn can be attributed to the info in the HRM, and the remaining 30% is calculated using a linear equation which equates to a very accurate, but not exact, estimate of calories burned.0
